RibFest 2025 a winner, despite the rain!

It wasn’t the greatest of starts. The rain poured down, a massive deluge that turned tent roofs into ponds and kept many would-be visitors away. But on Saturday the sun returned, as did the crowds, and smiles were once again visible on the faces of Langley Rotarians.

Over the weekend of August 15-17, more than 40,000 visitors contributed a net total of $114,477 to benefit Langley-area causes. Our popular 50/50 draw raised another $229,920, with $114,645 going to winner Sandra McMullan and $114,645 retained for charitable purposes.

Our Rotarian volunteers were extremely grateful for the support of many local athletic students, who helped with a great deal of “heavy lifting”. And of course Rotary is so very thankful for the support of so many RibFest fans. We couldn’t pull off such a massive event without you!

RibFest 2026 is set for August 14-16 at the same location. Let’s keep the fun and successes coming!
